Daniel S. Daney House

According to the 1880 census, Daniel S. Daney was a carpenter, born in Massachusetts. Also living in this house were his son and a son-in-law, both painters, suggesting that its construction may have been a family project.
The original portico has been replaced by a broken pediment entryway; extensive changes were made in the early 1900s, including the addition of the bay window.
