Public Hearing: Board of Zoning Appeals, Thurs, Feb 16, 7:30pm
On February 16 at 7:30 p.m. the Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing regarding a request for two variances. According to the Notice the variances are requested in order to fill approximately .2 acres of wetlands to permit construction of Hudson Community Living, an institutional Residential Use. The requested variances are relevant to the following properties: 33 S. Oviatt Street (parcel #3200328), 35 S. Oviatt Street (parcel #3200331), parcel #3201170 (no address), and a portion of parcel #3201843 (no address).
