Public Open House To Review Proposed Phase II Development Plans, Sept 29

Join Fairmount Properties and the City of Hudson at an Open House to encourage public input and review of Proposed Phase II Development Plans

Wednesday, September 29 at 7:00 p.m.

City Hall Community Room, 1140 Terex Road, Hudson, OH

At the September 14, 2021 City Council Workshop, Fairmount Properties presented a preliminary conceptual plan for the development of the Downtown Phase II project.  This plan includes several housing options – quad villas and town homes – as well as a new, larger Heinen’s.  In conjunction with Fairmount Properties, the City is hosting an Open House on Wednesday, September 29 at the City Hall Community Room at 7 p.m. The purpose of this Open House is for residents to review the proposed plan and provide input to City Staff and Fairmount Properties representatives.
