This house is dated 1870, although there are many architectural details that seem to be earlier, indicating that it may have been moved to this site. The foundation is structural tile; the roof slope is quite shallow; there are returns and corner boards.
The rear addition is early. There is spindlework trim on the full-length porch and lacy spandrels on the slender supports.
